Maintenance and Repairs

3DX-RAY service and support options are designed to meet customer needs ranging from a one-off site visit to address a specific requirement, to a full service and support contract, including parts. All work is carried out by highly trained engineers with rapid response times.

The use of x-ray equipment is generally governed by local state, national and international rules, which often require a twice-yearly or annual radiological survey or check. We can provide this regulatory inspection service to required standards as well as routine maintenance and repairs.

Will using an x-ray scanner leave residual radiation?

No. All our systems are designed to ensure no residual radiation is left on scanned items.

Normally no. Our systems are shielded and safe. For open x-ray sources, a 50-metre exclusion zone is sufficient. Always follow local radiation regulations..
