The 3DX-RAY ThreatScan®-AS1 is a lightweight portable X-ray scanning system built around a rugged, 3.7kg amorphous silicon X-ray detector, offering flexibility in deployment across a wide range of user applications and threat scenarios. 

Quick and simple to deploy and operate, the system’s 35 x 43cm imaging area captures a typical bag or package in a single scan, producing extremely high-quality, sub-millimetre resolution images in real time.

The ThreatScan® range is suited to suspect bag and package inspection in locations such as mass transit rail and bus stations, shopping malls, airports, stadia and sports arenas, and is also used for general security inspection by first responders including police, military, government security agencies and customs officials.
