Depending on the level of service selected we can offer worldwide, 24/7 emergency telephone support with a two-hour engineer response time. The majority of on-site emergency repairs can be completed within 48 hours of being reported.
We also offer tailored support contracts depending on your production or operational requirements. Our support schedules can include additional training and software maintenance with helpdesk services to ensure all equipment in the field benefits from the latest software developments and functionality.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
3DX-RAY service and support options are designed to meet customer needs ranging from a one-off site visit to address a specific requirement, to a full service and support contract, including parts. All work is carried out by highly trained engineers with rapid response times.
The use of x-ray equipment is generally governed by local state, national and international rules, which often require a twice yearly or annual radiological survey or check. We can provide this regulatory inspection service to required standards as well as routine maintenance and repairs.
