Image Scan announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013 has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company’s website www.ish.co.uk
The Company’s AGM will be held on Monday 3 March 2014 at 2.00pm at the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, One Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London EC14 5RD. Due to security arrangements in accessing the venue, please arrive at the building at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
