Director Appointment

APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Image Scan, the AIM-listed specialist in the field of real-time x-ray imaging for the security and industrial inspection markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy Jackson as a Non-Executive Director to the Board, with immediate effect.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton, Tim has approximately 30 years of experience as a finance professional in various roles with Salvesen Logistics plc, Redbridge Holdings Limited, Redbridge Fresh Services, SG Maintenance Services Limited, Applied Language Solutions Limited (where he remained a Non-Executive Director until December 2011) and Staffline Group plc, as Finance Director until July 2013.

Since then, Tim has built a portfolio of roles including being Non-Executive Director of RTC Group plc, setting up a debt advice charity and being Finance Trustee of Community Money Advice Limited, a national debt advice charity with 135 centres across the UK.

Mr Jackson was a director of Spice plc from November 1989 to April 1990 and which entered into receivership on 20 June 1990 after the main operating units had been sold. The estimated amount owing to creditors was c. GBP2 million.

Mr Jackson was a non-executive director of Spalding Distributions Services Limited from March 2001 to February 2002 and which entered into receivership on 11 September 2002. The estimated amount owing to creditors was c. GBP0.5 million.

The Company confirms that there is no other information which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
