3DX-RAY service and support options are designed to meet customer needs ranging from a one-off site visit, to address a specific requirement, to a full (parts included) service and support contract. 24-hour support is available and all work is carried out by highly trained engineers with rapid response times. 3DX-RAY offers a radiological survey and safety inspection service to meet your legislative requirements.

3DX-RAY also offers tailored support contracts depending on your production or operational requirements. Our support schedules can include additional training and software maintenance with helpdesk services to ensure all equipment in the field benefits from the latest software developments and functionality.

Training

3DX-RAY provides a range of training courses both on site and off-site. Training courses can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements and all training is carried out by qualified engineers.

Sub-contract services

3DX-RAY can carry out sub-contract inspection work to cater for a range of applications and inspections or detection challenges in a variety of industries.

Upgrades and retrofits

Providing short to medium term budget savings 3DX-RAY offers a refurbishment and maintenance plan for installed equipment. We also offer an upgrade service by replacing the existing hardware and software with advanced 3DX-RAY detection technology, which can enhance performance and provide a new lease of life for existing installed 3DX-RAY and other manufacturers' equipment.

Rental

3DX-RAY offers security detection equipment for short-term rental for specific events or lease for longer applications. 3DX-RAY can also supply industrial inspection equipment on a rental basis.
