Q. How do I transfer shares into another person's name?

A. You need to obtain a stock transfer form from Neville Registrars. This needs to be completed and returned together with your share certificate(s) to Neville Registrars.

For further information and to obtain a stock transfer form, please contact Neville Registrars directly on 0121 585 1131.

If you wish to make a gift of some or all of your shares, you can do so by completing a gift transfer form. You can download a form from our Neville Registrars website. Alternatively you may request a form by contacting Neville Registrars.

Note: Where the transfer is for a cash consideration you will need to seek advice about the payment of stamp duty. Contact your local Inland Revenue office for further details.
