Exercise of Share Options and

Total Voting Rights

Image Scan, the AIM-listed specialist supplier of X-ray screening systems to the security and industrial inspection announces it has received notice from an employee to exercise share options over 100,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) under the Company’s Enterprise Management Incentive scheme (“EMI scheme”).

The options have an exercise price of 2 pence per Ordinary Share.  Application has been made for the 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (“Admission”), and admission is expected to occur on 29 September 2017. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company’s existing Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 135,704,577. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 135,704,577 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
